COMUR informs you that the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. Your personal data will therefore be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the applicable legislation and the confidentiality obligations set out therein.

Retention periods will be determined considering the type of information collected and the purpose for which it is collected, taking into account the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy obsolete and unused information as soon as possible within reasonable limits. Considering the applicable regulations, we undertake to keep your Personal Data on electronic and paper support for a maximum of 10 years from the provision of the service (in the case of enrollment in a training course) and for a maximum of 3 months, in the event of a request for information through the contact area.
